Your Account

Account security

Account closure

Deposits and Withdrawals

Wagering requirements
All bonuses at SpinBet are subject to a 35x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. This means a $100 bonus requires $3,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. You have 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to complete this.
General bonus rules
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is pending will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from wagering the bonus are withdrawable once requirements are met.
- Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering conditions unless stated otherwise.

Games and Fair Play

- Game outcomes are final. Once a round is completed and the result is displayed, it cannot be reversed.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round, any open bets will be voided and your stake returned.
